Adrian Kobiela

Adrian Kobiela graduated from University College London with an Msc degree in 2016. There, he carried out his Master’s project on the role of the SNX27 protein in endosomal recycling of proteins under the supervision of prof. Josef Kittler. He then moved on to work as a research assistant at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology in Warsaw and was involved in projects investigating the formation of neuromuscular junctions. Currently Adrian is working towards his PhD degree in the Laboratory of Experimental and Translational Immunology at the University of Gdańsk where he is focusing on elucidating the role of keratinocyte-derived small extracellular vesicles in the interaction with the immune system in atopic dermatitis. His work is supervised by the head of the Laboratory prof. Danuta Gutowska-Owsiak.
